Q: I want to order something, do I have to make an advance payment?

A: As a general rule, you should pay us in advance either by bank transfer. If you want to pay for the goods upon receipt, let us know and we will offer this if possible.


Q: If I have made an advance payment for the order by bank transfer and the product is available in the store, can I pick up the goods right away? I can show the payment order.

A: The order will be processed after the payment is received in our bank account and as a general rule, it takes up to a few hours on weekdays, depending on interbank settlement, and longer on weekends. We do not issue goods based on a payment order.


Q: The computer has the word "DOS" or "Linux" in the description, what does this mean?

A: This means that the computer does not have the standard Microsoft Windows operating system pre-installed. We always recommend purchasing Windows for such a computer, you can feel free to ask our customer service for advice or additional information on this matter.


Q: I bought a desktop computer with Windows from MegaPC, which is already installed, but when I start it up, Windows asks for some kind of activation code.
